The Hobsons Bay Community Fund is an incorporated association, and its members have elected a Committee to look after the association’s affairs. The HBCF Committee has legal duties under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (the Act).

At its meeting on 14 October 2020, the HBCF Committee warmly welcomed Craig Rowley as a new member. It then elected Craig to the position of Secretary, enabling him to perform any duty or function required under the Act to be performed by the secretary of an incorporated association.

Craig is the managing director of a ‘for purpose’ company called Campaignr, which helps those delivering public infrastructure to better connect with communities, and also helps communities to advocate their needs to government and its infrastructure contractors. He was previously the chief executive officer of LeadWest, the regional advocacy organisation for Melbourne’s western metropolitan region.
